First, you will not be purchasing the vehicle, it is a lease but believe me when I say the sales representatives or financing people will not inform you if this. They will tell you, in so many payments the vehicle will be your but fail to inform you it's only yours if you choose to pay the final buy-out price at the end of the lease. Second, the vehicle I was given has been in more than one accident, the passenger headlight isn't aligned, the driver's door doesn't close properly (this was noticed when it started raining and my leg got wet while the window was up) the flex pipe and gasket was bad from the day I picked it up the second time...the first time I made it half way home and had to turn around because the car was smoking, I was never told what the issue was not what was "fixed" in the vehicle. Lastly, if you try to talk to a so called manager about the issues with the vehicle they will sit there and tell you what you want to hear and mention how they don't want bad reviews but again, never correct the issues at hand. I worked, primarily, with the service manager, Tom Kaiser, who provided open and honest communication. Unfortunately, the repair took much longer than all expected, but Tom put me in a loaner. He communicated regularly with me to give me updates. I will definitely not hesitate to go back to Matthews-Hargreaves for service. More
