This was my daughter's first buying experience, and she said that "Scott is more sincere than most of the other salesmen we dealt with". She is right; there are no games or gimmicks with Scott. Working with Trevor (Sales) and Linda (Finance Dept) was outstanding. They both went over the top to help me get the vehicle I needed as a condition of keeping my current job. I never felt the first bit p outstanding. They both went over the top to help me get the vehicle I needed as a condition of keeping my current job. I never felt the first bit pressured, more so felt like they were genuinely concerned for me. They were very professional and found me the "perfect fit" in a Ford Focus that will continue to save me a huge chunk of money at the gas pump as I travel a lot of miles with my job. My dealings with Champion Ford were wonderful! Trevor went above and beyond to make sure were were happy and that we got exactly what we wanted! It was very obvious that he was not just trying to make a went above and beyond to make sure were were happy and that we got exactly what we wanted! It was very obvious that he was not just trying to make a sale. He was extremly knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at and knowing that my main concern was safety, he was very honest and steered us in the right direction. All of the people we dealt with treated us like we had been friends forever. Linda took great care of us in the financial aspects of the deal and took the time to make sure we understood every detail. I highly recommend Champion Ford, and the sales team!!! More

The two sales consultants I worked with were very helpful and friendly. Bo made sure I got exactly what I was wanting in a car at a price I can afford. He was even able to give me a good deal on the option p and friendly. Bo made sure I got exactly what I was wanting in a car at a price I can afford. He was even able to give me a good deal on the option package higher than the one I came in looking to get, which was greatly appreciated as I preferred the higher option package but wasn't sure I would be able to afford it. Sherry went over the car with me when it came in and made sure I knew where things were and the sync specialist helped me understand everything I needed to know about the sync system that came in the car. Overall a great experience and I really love my new car! More

I actually called about a 2003 Honda Accord Sedan they were advertising on autotrader. When I spoke with Tammy Benoit about pricing, she asked if there were any other vehicles on their lot I may be intere were advertising on autotrader. When I spoke with Tammy Benoit about pricing, she asked if there were any other vehicles on their lot I may be interested in. I had actually liked a 2003 Accord Coupe alot more than the sedan but the asking price was out of my range. Tammy told me it couldn't hurt to ask. To my great pleasure the sedan was not affordable to me but the coupe was. Certainly surprised me. My wife and I made the four hour trip to Champion and picked up my awesome coupe. We had a great time visiting with Jim Monanteras and Tammy Benoit. They actually agreed to pick up the note on a misunderstanding we had over the phone. As it turns out it was only a $12 issue. I can survive that. LOL! We will definitely shop Champion first on our next vehicle. I highly recommend Tammy and Jim. Considering how they represented their Dealership I have no second thoughts about sending any of my family or freinds to see them. More
