NEW CAR PURCHASE James was very helpful and friendly. Did a great job of showing us the vehicles we were interested in and assisting with a test drive. He was not pushy and focused on helping determine if the vehicle was a good fit for my needs. Linda was friendly and quick to complete the paperwork once we were able to meet with her. We were disappointed that we had to sit and wait for over an hour to get in with her though. If it was going to take that long it would have been nice to be told that up front so we could have left and come back once the paperwork was ready. We also made it very clear from the beginning of the meeting with Linda that we would not be purchasing any additional add on services or warranties. When it came time to show the final payment amount the only options offered was with the additional warranty, with the addition protective services, or with both. The payment amount with neither was not offered and we had to ask to be shown that. It is these type of deceptive practices that adds to my skepticism of folks in the car sales business instead of winning my confidence to return again in the future and feel that I can depend on people being honest and upfront with me about all cost and charges involved. We were also disappointed in the cleanliness of the car upon delivery. As long as we had to wait to complete the transaction the car could have been spit shined but the wheels were still dirty with brake dust and one wheel still had writing on it with a grease pencil. I had to clean them myself when I got home. More
