Organized and helpful Tried a few others. They were too busy to take my money. Brighton Chrysler scheduled me for maintenance on my Ram. Brought it in, the took care of Tried a few others. They were too busy to take my money. Brighton Chrysler scheduled me for maintenance on my Ram. Brought it in, the took care of business and we worked out a schedule for recall issues. When parts were available they did that, too. They were ready for me at drop off, delivered a completed job when promised. Thanks to the guys pulling the wrenches, too. What more can you ask for? Service Department I can’t say enough about the service at Brighton Dodge. I’m on my third Dodge Journey not only because I like the car but mainly the service departme I can’t say enough about the service at Brighton Dodge. I’m on my third Dodge Journey not only because I like the car but mainly the service department keeps me coming back. They are very accommodating and up front. They offer shuttle to and from your house for which is very convenient and helpful especially when you have kids. I highly recommend Brighton Dodge! More

Ripped off again So the headlight does not work, we take it in, they put a new bulb in and leave off the protective access cover, which causes the light not to work an So the headlight does not work, we take it in, they put a new bulb in and leave off the protective access cover, which causes the light not to work and fog up from water constantly hitting inside. So we take it back, pay again, they blow out the water, leaving dirty streaking all over the inside, but the light works. We call, Mike the manager said he would take it apart and clean it out, for a third charge on our warranty, instead of replacing the headlight that they messed up with sloppy work. WE file a complaint, and then another. More

Poor communcation Had problems with warranty item they had worked on before. I called in to be left on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and said I wouldn't hold again. Had problems with warranty item they had worked on before. I called in to be left on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and said I wouldn't hold again. I went over problem with service advisor told to have it towed in and they would look at it. I felt that they should have it towed and was basically told if I wanted to take it somewhere else that was all right too. Wife wants a new Jeep , won't buy it from these guys......... More
