Poor Service and Not Following OSHA guidelines I was in the dealership for service on my vehicle. First of all the service advisor never introduced himself or gave me a business card. When leaving I was in the dealership for service on my vehicle. First of all the service advisor never introduced himself or gave me a business card. When leaving he never said we appreciate your business or if there is anything I can do please give me a call. I made an appointment a week in advance. Took almost 5 hours for a two and half hour job. I also was astonished that no one in service was wearing a mask. When in the customer waiting lounge I observed a service advisor leaning over a table talking with a customer. He was literally 2 feet form the gentleman's face and was wearing no mask. When they brought my car up the fender, door including door handle and inside handle were covered in oily greasy handprints. They ARE CLEARLY NOT WIPING ANYTHING DOWN per OSHA. I will never take my vehicle back to this dealership. Would not recommend anyone to go there. More

Same day! Bearing went on my truck. Took it in for service. There was a long line and I had no appointment. Jason said hopefully we can get to it with in a day Bearing went on my truck. Sitting at home get a call, Truck is all done. I was stunned to say the least. They have always taken care of me, but I was shocked it was done same day. Service guys are always great to work with. I have the Max Care lifetime warranty so it only cost my $100.00. More

Excellent customer service! I was passing through the area on my way home when my car broke down. I called Brighton Dealership as they were the nearest place to my location and t I was passing through the area on my way home when my car broke down. I called Brighton Dealership as they were the nearest place to my location and they provided me with a towing service number. Upon arrival to the dealership, they were very friendly and helpful. Our service rep Jesse Shelton was wonderful. He hooked myself and my son up with a rental car that was free of charge due to my mechanical issue being a recall problem. He tried his best to get us in that same day but due to other appointments we had to wait till the next day. They did a fantastic job with my vehicle fixing both recalls and helped make a stressful event much easier to deal with. I definitely recommend this dealership for repairs of your vehicle. Their service was outstanding. Everyone was great! They also had a fantastic waiting lounge that was comfortable and had complimentary beverages such as juice and water. I am very happy with the service I received at Brighton Chrysler dealership. More

Jesse - from Brighton service department - took the time to listen to my concerns about past service, understand the issues was having with my truck and had a solution for every problem with a smile. He also brought to light recalls and other things that needed to be addressed with a vehicle that were covered under warranty. He completely renewed my faith in the Chrysler brand and I'm proud to say I have a service department I can count on. The mechanic was also on his game as I had a phone call from Jesse with a diagnosis just a few hours after leaving. The entire process was smooth and painless, not what you would typically expect when taking your truck in for service, and I'm thankful for it. More
