I'm a known customer with this dealership, about 16 rental vehicle known. Because of that, the service manager and most of the mechanics know my vehicle well, and and know how particular I am about my rental vehicle known. Had made a appointment to have my oil and filter changed today,on my Dodge Challenger. Took 2 and 1/2 hours. No reasons or explanations. What a joke! First and last time I will go there!
