First of all, I want to say that Purchasing with the sales team is AMAZING. Just don't EVER work with the service department. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. I have had nothing but problems with the electrical system in my Renegade. Every time I go in for service I'm told that they found nothing wrong, but that they did a "software update". Which never fixes anything and I'm inevitably back in for the same "service" again within a couple of weeks to maybe a month. Literally left their building yesterday around noon after being told there was nothing found but a software update was done, and today my brand new radio (installed on September 8, 2020) no longer works correctly. Took it in for service on a seat belt and when I got it back my windows wouldn't roll down. They either have no idea what they're doing or they don't care enough to actually diagnose properly. Incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. Will never recommend the service department and will actively steer people to other locations for service. More
I brought my vehicle to Champion Chrysler’s Body Shop after a hit and run accident I was involved in & they took the best care of myself and my car! They were very polite and understanding throughout the whole process and even called to follow up with their service after my car was repaired. Ken and his team are great, and were also patient enough to work with me through insurance issues, which took a few weeks total to sort out. During such a stressful time, I was so relieved my vehicle was in their hands and they did everything they could to ensure I had a great experience. Highly recommend! More
