First of all, I want to say that Purchasing with the sales team is AMAZING. Just don't EVER work with the service department. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. I have had nothing but problems with th sales team is AMAZING. Just don't EVER work with the service department. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. I have had nothing but problems with the electrical system in my Renegade. Every time I go in for service I'm told that they found nothing wrong, but that they did a "software update". Which never fixes anything and I'm inevitably back in for the same "service" again within a couple of weeks to maybe a month. Literally left their building yesterday around noon after being told there was nothing found but a software update was done, and today my brand new radio (installed on September 8, 2020) no longer works correctly. Took it in for service on a seat belt and when I got it back my windows wouldn't roll down. They either have no idea what they're doing or they don't care enough to actually diagnose properly. Incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. Will never recommend the service department and will actively steer people to other locations for service. More
I brought my vehicle to Champion Chrysler’s Body Shop after a hit and run accident I was involved in & they took the best care of myself and my car! They were very polite and understanding throughout the whole process and even called to follow up with their service after my car was repaired. Ken and his team are great, and were also patient enough to work with me through insurance issues, which took a few weeks total to sort out. During such a stressful time, I was so relieved my vehicle was in their hands and they did everything they could to ensure I had a great experience. Highly recommend! More

I’ve worked for Chrysler more than 28 years and purchased many cars and trucks from many different dealers, with this being our first deal with Champion of Brighton. We worked with Wes and we were just so th many cars and trucks from many different dealers, with this being our first deal with Champion of Brighton. We worked with Wes and we were just so thrilled we finally met a salesman that did everything he said he would and made us feel like he cared that he was selling us a vehicle. We will drive the 40 minutes and pass 4 other dealers to see them for our next vehicle, do yourself a favor and talk with them before you deal with anyone else you won’t be disappointed! More

I'm a known customer with this dealership, about 16 rental vehicle known. Because of that, the service manager and most of the mechanics know my vehicle well, and and know how particular I am about my rental vehicle known. Because of that, the service manager and most of the mechanics know my vehicle well, and and know how particular I am about my Jeep. They do their best to figure out a solution, and because my Jeep is an "Ai" Jeep, I understand what they have to go through to make my Jeep "break".
