Service worked for 2 days to resolve an intermittent failure in the back-up camera. They even checked on a potential short that I may have caused. Out car shopping on this beautiful Sunday when I stopped by your dealership looking at a new Dodge Ram. I was promptly greeted by a loudspeaker (which was loud enough to be heard hundreds of feet away) that by your dealership looking at a new Dodge Ram. I was promptly greeted by a loudspeaker (which was loud enough to be heard hundreds of feet away) that I was trespassing, I needed to leave the premises immediately and that all my actions were being recorded. I’m not even sure if there is a more proactive way to make someone not purchase a car from your dealership, but it worked for me. I realize that sundays you are closed for business, but sometimes that’s the only day people have off work. Either way, it solidified that I will not being doing business with your dealership. That’s a very poor way to make a new customer feel welcomed. More
