Hi Pawel, Sam with Brighton Chrysler again. We appreciate that you updated your review and removed the staff members that were not involved but you are still not being honest. And since we attempted to resolve your original complaints privately first, we are forced to respond publicly. Your deal was never finalized because you never physically came to the store with your trade in vehicle to have it appraised and factored into the final numbers. The only figures you were given were estimates for a lease payment. We accept responsibility and apologize that those estimates were inaccurate due to a sales manager involved accidentally submitting an estimate request to Chrysler Capital using rebates only available through Ally financial. We brought this to your attention as soon as we caught the mistake which was well before you started driving to our storefront. We did not take back the deal "right before signing." As I mentioned, you never were physically in the store. We made a mistake, made you aware of it quickly, and you chose not to proceed with the updated, accurate figures. We've heard many stories from our customers about dealers that intentionally misquote and wait until the customer is in to sign papers to bring it to their attention all while calling it a mistake. That is not what happened here and that does not happen at our store. We are an honest dealership. We occasionally make mistakes but will always own up to them. You are incorrect. My lease terms never included my Jeep...because it’s a lease return. There is no equity in my car. The terms agreed to were set without any appraisals. Bottom line in people make mistakes. I get it. What is no appropriate is when a manager reviews the deal 2-3 times and approves it only to find a “mistake” on the 4th review is nonsensical and it shows you do not pay attention to details. I work in medicine. Would you want your doctor making a correct diagnosis on the 4th try? I wouldn’t. Again; you will be not recommended.
