So we take it back, pay again, they blow out the water, leaving dirty streaking all over the inside, but the light works. We call, Mike the manager said he would take it apart and clean it out, for a third charge on our warranty, instead of replacing the headlight that they messed up with sloppy work. WE file a complaint, and then another. More

First time buyer at dealership We normally visit our usual dealership (close to home) but was encouraged by friends to visit Jeep Chrylser in Brighton. I'm sure glad we did!! From the moment we walked in it was a completely different atmosphere than most places. All the sales agents were friendly and talkative and not pushy. My wife had called earlier in the day about questions on her lease so our contact at the dealership was to be Kevin King. If you go, ask for Kevin! He was very helpful and very accommodating on our questions and concerns. Once we had decided on the vehicle the process was just as smooth as possible. I can't say enough about the finance manager (Jeff) that worked out the details with our lending facility on current lease and getting us an amazing deal on the new vehicle. In the end, after getting a new lease vehicle for my wife, 5 days later I went back and got myself a new lease vehicle. Again, the professionalism and generosity that the dealership showed was just amazing. We have a new dealership and although it is a few more minutes further away from our past dealership, it will be well worth the travel. I have already recommended several friends and employees to make the travel and would encourage anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
