Fantastic service I've been shopping for 3 months looking for a new truck when my lease expired . I shopped several different dealers in multiple states with no luck . I emailed the sales department and had an immediate response from Michelle m . She was wonderful , she answered all questions , and was very accommodating with my difficult schedule as I had to drive nearly 100 miles just to see the truck . When I got there I was greeted with a welcoming smile and a hand shake . Michelle went out of her way to be friendly and courteous. She made the experience a wonderful one . David Wade ROCKS!! Purchase was as painless as possible. Had to come back to get my vehicle mats, as the department had already closed for the day. Bottom line though....the main reason why I came back to this dealership is because of David. He ROCKS!! Purchased new vehicle I walked into the dealership to look at a new Pacifica. I was approached by salesman Jeff Johnston. He was very nice and easy to talk to. After going on a test drive, I fell in love with the vehicle. Even though I liked the vehicle, I had my heart set on a Ford Expedition. Jeff did not pressure me at all. He did not call, text or email me to pressure me into the vehicle. After four days, I called Jeff and made arrangements to go see the vehicle with my husband. That evening we purchased the Pacifica. The lot did not have the exact vehicle I wanted so Jeff went above and beyond and located the one that I wanted. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership. Jeff was super nice and Alexis in finance was great to work with. More

Great buying experience! I stopped by this dealer to consider trading my Ram. Never having been at this dealer before I was also shopping for a dealer to use in the future. I was met in the parking lot by Jeff Johnston and told him my thoughts. We went inside, got a cup of coffee and explained what I had in mind.He searched for a few vehicles while I was there but to no avail. He said he'd keep looking and would call me. I hate when I get locked in a dealership while they try to sell you anything. This was not the case. Three days and numerous rejections later he finally called and said he had what I wanted. No pressure. Price was good and trade in was good. I was going to go in but he said wait till the paperwork was ready and the wait would be short. I like that. Very easy salesman to work with and a real gentleman. And I can't stop here without giving a shout out to Alexis Parks. Another very nice person and an extremely efficient paperwork Guru!
