NO HASSLE transaction I was looking at a competitors truck and received a very nice advertisement in the mail from Brighton Chrysler. When I called, they were super nice I was looking at a competitors truck and received a very nice advertisement in the mail from Brighton Chrysler. When I called, they were super nice and answered my many questions. Enough to make me want to stop in. When I went in I spoke to Nick Banta who was like the RAM answer man. It was so refreshing talking to someone who actually knew what he was talking about with the RAM trucks, actual costs, and many other topics relating to my questions. All this and he read my buying style (I can be a bit of a left brain inquisitor) and he was a perfect fit. There was no pushing, or fear-of-loss selling, just a conversation with someone who knew what he was doing. I ended up buying my fist truck last weekend. It is important to know I sort of swore off Chrysler products in the past due to some bad experiences. This all changed the second I drove the new 2019 RAM Longhorn. It drove like a very tight car and was so quite it made me wonder how they dampened the cabin noise so much on a truck. This truck has so many features it is almost as if it was made just for me. I LOVE IT. I drove this down a washboard dirt road and was downright shocked at how smooth it felt. I never expected this in a truck. Overall I will see how this truck works out over the next few years. If it stays nice I can see myself being a lifelong RAM driver. More

I called up David Wade and let him know I was looking for a vehicle for my wife. Within the hour David had a list of potentials and by the end of the day we had came to an agreement on my wife's 2011 Dodge Avenger. Mangement even gave me a giant bow to present the vehicle to my wife which was the best gift ever in her eyes. Finance personnel explained everything in detail as we signed for the vehicle and once that was done David was right there to congratulate us on our purchase and to answer any last minute questions we may have had. All in all a great experience and I will be doing more business with David Wade and Brighton Chrysler for sure. More
