Gracie, the saleslady I worked with, was very friendly, attentive, and worked to break down pricing and details of purchase/lease very clearly. Due to a complicated set of personal circumstances, I ended up getting my new RAM from another dealership, but it was not at all reflective of the Brighton CDJR experience.
