We were in the market for A Ford Escape with our Z-plan, but decided to look at GM and Chrysler products before we made a final decision. We walked into Brighton Chrysler with no expectations other than to look at a Jeep Compass. David was very thorough, but not pushy, in showing us the different trim levels of the Compass. But we did not find anything we liked. After a day or so, David reached back out to us and asked if we might want to look at a Cherokee. We had not even considered this vehicle. David was able to find a vehicle that had everything we wanted. We walked in with no intention of buying a Chrysler this time around...and a week later, we are happy with our new Jeep Cherokee. More
