*Bad Experience* Would have never expected to have such a horrible experience. The last thing I would like to do is leave a bad review but after today other potential Would have never expected to have such a horrible experience. The last thing I would like to do is leave a bad review but after today other potential buyers should be aware of what our experience has been. We thought we could trust Brighton to sell a well inspected vehicle with zero mechanical problems (we paid KBB pricing in line with that assumption) and they market that all their vehicles pass thorough inspections. We were way wrong...I bought a Salvage title Ford Focus as a commuter vehicle and have had it for two years with less problems then the Van they sold us in a month. Again, STAY AWAY. -Had to jump start the Van the first day we had it, so they sold us the Van with a bad battery. They did replace the battery but ripped the insulation around the battery. -Knocking in the front that we did not have when we test drove it the first day. Apparently, it had bad sway bars and we brought this up immediately (very next day after purchase; while we were getting the battery replaced ). After they inspected it, Steve immediately used the "Car is sold as is" response after having his tech confirm that the sway bars/links were bad. Based on the cost of sway bar links, I was pretty shocked that they just didn't replace them for us. But, I bit my tongue and figured I would just handle it myself. -Hitch was NOT installed the day we picked up the car so we had to take it back the following week. This wasn't a big deal at the time until after the installation. Once they (or come to find out Auto One) installed it they didn't put any of the push pins back in so our bumper was basically floating. Body shop did put them in but that was after a few phone calls and the "run around." Hitch, battery, sway bar links...starting to add up. -What happened to the spare tire and spare tire removal tools? I also saw this after the hitch installation debacle. At this point and after already being given the "Car is sold as is" response I didn't see the point to complain about it. I was still hoping to go there for service as the body shop and service guys I worked with seemed pretty honest and were good to work with. -Week into owning the Van, when you turn the wiper blades on it causes something to short as the display console dims and the center console dims as well. Weird electrical problem. -So today, I go to install the Sway bar links, and find out one of the lug nuts was stripped and frozen on. It has been a huge pain; taken an impact driver to it, an extractor tool, and tomorrow will be applying heat. When the "professionals" could have spent a good 30 minutes to an hour installing the sway bars I am spending most of a weekend messing around with this stupid lug nut. Part of me is curious that they knew about the lug nut and that was why they pushed back on doing it. -Lastly, while working on the Van lug nut, I noticed transmission fluid leaking from under the Van. I have no idea what that will involve at this point but that finally brought me to the point of leaving an honest review. I am pretty non confrontational, catch more bees with honey approach type of guy and this is the last thing I would do is leave negative feedback, but given all of this I am sure you can see that it is justified. If you are buying a vehicle from them make sure you have a mechanic look it over. Don't trust the positive reviews like my wife and I did. Like I said, I bought a salvage title vehicle off of Craig's list and literally had a much better experience after owning the vehicle for 2 years. We have had this Van for a month (2014 Town and Country) and have had more issues then I would have ever imagined. More

Sitting at home get a call, Truck is all done. I was stunned to say the least. They have always taken care of me, but I was shocked it was done same day. Service guys are always great to work with. I have the Max Care lifetime warranty so it only cost my $100.00. More

We ended up leasing a new Jeep and we couldn't of made a better decision. David sure made our experience fun and he was very straight forward and professional, which we appreciated, my husband is an Engineer and I'm an Office Manager so we like things to be laid out on the table. We hope to work with him again on our next vehicle. More

Best customer service around!!!! I became a customer of Brighton Chrysler in the early 2000's, right around the time that Wes Hellmuth hired in. Since that time, I have leased 6+ Gra I became a customer of Brighton Chrysler in the early 2000's, right around the time that Wes Hellmuth hired in. Since that time, I have leased 6+ Grand Cherokee's, as well as several other vehicles, for family members. All I have to do is give Wes a call, and tell him it is time to shop a new Jeep. He is so knowledgeable about his customers, (their likes and dislikes), that when he tells me my new Grand is ready, I know he has found me the perfect vehicle, and I can lease it, sight unseen. This dealership is always clean and neat, the staff is always friendly, and helpful....right down to everyone in the service department. I am so confident that I will be treated like family, every time I make a car purchase, that my daughter just made her very first lease deal at Brighton Chrysler, all on her own. Thanks Wes, for always taking such good care of my family, and making purchasing/leasing a vehicle, painless! More
