The salesmen will take advantage of their customers. Don’t go there. Don’t buy from them. They are not reputable. My son agreed to finance $47,000 on a jeep that stickered at $40,000 - $2,000 dealer incentive,- $2,000 Stolantis incentive and -$1,500 lease renew incentive plus $3,500 deposit. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should take advantage of someone gullible. Truly dispicaple people, top to bottom. More
Great experience at Champion servicing my Jeep. Able to get in quickly unlike other dealers and they took care of me when my warranty wouldn’t cover a fix. Able to get in quickly unlike other dealers and they took care of me when my warranty wouldn’t cover a fix. More
This is the worst dealer for sales and service. I bought a vehicle that started misfiring less than 60 days after buying. I took it to them, Cadillac and Champion Chevy Howell and no one can figur I bought a vehicle that started misfiring less than 60 days after buying. I took it to them, Cadillac and Champion Chevy Howell and no one can figure out what is happening. My vehicle is still misfiring and Mark told me there is nothing he can do. So i should just pay the note and deal with it? I've already spent thousands. And now I'm fed up. I'll be on every platform. Taking to social media next. More

Terrible! !! Deandre told us the car was clean in excellent condition. We were driving one and a half hours to get there. He assured us it was in top condition !! Deandre told us the car was clean in excellent condition. We were driving one and a half hours to get there. He assured us it was in top condition. We expressed our concern with having to drive this far if car was not in good condition. Oh no, pet Deandre it was worth the drive. Got there the car was in terrible condition. Manager came out to try and persuade us to reconsider. When we said no he smiled and said great day for a drive. The manager was rude and condescending. More
Make sure you check your deal because the finance lady Bre will add in anything she can. I thought some warranties were in the deal and I ended up with $3000 warranties that I didn't agree too. Champion Chrysler Brighton, MI Car Dealership – Buyer Beware After a poor experience with this dealership and as a consumer that lives in Brighton, I thought I would share my experience with other con Beware After a poor experience with this dealership and as a consumer that lives in Brighton, I thought I would share my experience with other consumers in Brighton so you can determine if Champion Chrysler in Brighton is the kind of company you want to consider. I went to Champion Saturday and told them I was looking for a used Ram 1500 truck in a specific year (2019 or 2020) and cost range. They informed me they had two trucks within this range that I could test drive. After test driving the first vehicle, I decided I didn’t need to test drive the second and asked them to provide me a price to purchase the vehicle I test drove. They provided me a price and I left to go look at some additional trucks at another dealership. After driving a few other vehicles, I called Champion Chrysler in Brighton back to see if they would be willing to come down a little on their price and they offered to lower the price by $750. At that point, I told the salesperson that we had a deal! He informed me that he would begin the paperwork and would contact me Monday morning to discuss when I could come in to close on the vehicle and drive it home. Monday morning comes and the salesperson informed me that he made a mistake and the vehicle that I test drove and that we agreed to on price was actually $4,000 more than what he quoted me, but he would be happy to show me a different truck that was in the price range that we agreed on. I informed him that was not acceptable, and I would prefer to stick with the vehicle I drove for the price we agreed on. He informed me he would have to speak with his manager to see what options he had available. After speaking with his manager, he came back to me and stated that if I wanted the truck that I test drove, I would simply have to pay the additional $4,000 for that vehicle. At this point he asked me if I wanted to speak with the manager and I informed him that if the manager would like to speak with me, he could call me within the next hour, or I would take my business elsewhere. I never did hear from the manager, and I moved on and bought a truck from a different dealership. I have been in sales for many years and I have made deals where I made mistakes and although it can be painful, sometimes you must live with mistakes to make sure you take care of your customers. This company decided that my business was not worth a $4,000 mistake. Worst yet, they weren’t even willing to come back to me with some suggestion on how we might work something out. They simply stated that they made a $4,000 mistake and I would just have to deal with it. Maybe they couldn’t live with a $4,000 mistake but could they not at least try to work something out? Maybe they could meet me in the middle somewhere or offer me free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. No, they determined that if I wanted that vehicle, I would just need to come up with the additional $4,000. So, for $4,000, they lost my business forever. My wife will be purchasing a Jeep Cherokee soon and they lost her business. I have told numerous friends and family that live in Brighton and the surrounding area, and I am sure they lost their business. Now I am telling anyone that would like to read this post, so you can decide if they will lose your business. There are plenty of Chrysler dealerships near Brighton. There is one in Pinckney, Fowlerville, Fenton, etc. If you are looking for a Chrysler vehicle, I hope this helps you determine which dealership you decide to visit. As a side note, I do not post many things and I think this is the very first time I have ever posted anything negative about a company. After the way this company treated me, I just felt obligated to my fellow consumers in the greater Brighton area to share this experience. Happy shopping! More
