Don’t like having the dept lie to me about the part coming in and when to bring. They Tyrone told my husband he never talked to me about dropping off and also 3 times asking me if aware will involve tr coming in and when to bring. So this dealership would rather me drive around with a possible faulty clutch pressure plate that can cause a fire than to work on it. More

I called when did this service to say I had a recall plus for oils and tire rotation. When I got there stated didn’t have the part for recall. That was annoying since I said was main reason to bring in. He for oils and tire rotation. When I got there stated didn’t have the part for recall. That was annoying since I said was main reason to bring in. He ordered the part and said will call when came in. 5 weeks go by and no call , I call and said have two there . He asked when can bring I said could bring in Friday and he was like why not bring Monday so can have for weekend. I brought up that Monday was Labor Day and he said they were open and that I can bring at 7:30 when open. I got there at 8:20 and no one there and closed. I not only wasted my morning but the morning of the person I got to follow me to bring me home. I love this dealership for sales but this has turned me off and now have to find somewhere to bring my car for this recall. More
The customer service was top notch but the mechanic apparently wants to pay for an engine. For the second time after an oil change not only is the oil cap not tightened and oil is leaking everywhere bu apparently wants to pay for an engine. I was also the only one there for an oil change but the three people or so who pulled up behind me went ahead of me. So I spent 2 hours waiting when I was originally told it was not going to be long. I thought it was done because it was in the parking lot at just over an hour just to learn it was passed over by other customers that came in after me. More
After being told our 2023 4xe battery pack must be replaced for 2nd time, 20,000 miles, we traded for a $15K+ loss. Then our Jeep was sold 2 weeks later with same battery.
