I recently brought my car in for a routine oil change and experienced the typical waiting time associated with this service. However, I am expressing my concern that the oil life indicator was not reset upon experienced the typical waiting time associated with this service. However, I am expressing my concern that the oil life indicator was not reset upon completion of the service, as it still showed 30% remaining when I received my vehicle back. This is the second occasion this has occurred. I would not have been aware of this issue if I had not checked the oil life indicator before leaving the parking lot. More

Dec 2019. Diesel 6.7 cooling problem. Took to Champion for repair. Took 3 weeks for head gasket replacement. More excuses each day. Cooling problem still e Diesel 6.7 cooling problem. Another $4k down the drain. Would never recommend Champion! More
