I do like your service, but this time not so much. Express lube should not take almost 3 hours. I know my truck might take longer but not that long. I also had my tires rotated and good job except, no Express lube should not take almost 3 hours. I know my truck might take longer but not that long. My service writer was nice but I think you should check on your customers a little more often when things take longer. More
