I’ve scheduled a routine oil change maintenance for my 2020 Ram 1500, when picked up the truck and got to my house I noticed oil all over my driveway. Called and they took the truck back and said they wer 2020 Ram 1500, when picked up the truck and got to my house I noticed oil all over my driveway. Called and they took the truck back and said they were not in fault. They blamed it on a supposedly faulty oil filter. They claim it was only a quart of oil was missing but I know it was more than that. Service manager promised they were going to contact a company to clean my driveway( I have a letter from the manager stating that) and after 2 weeks I haven’t heard from them. Very poor More
