What a blessing this is my first car buying experience where I didn't bring a man along with me to handle things. I thought that because I'm a woman in my 20s, my ine this is my first car buying experience where I didn't bring a man along with me to handle things. I thought that because I'm a woman in my 20s, my inexperience and lack of knowledge would make the shopping/buying process harder for me. Cory Herrington went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. I felt so comfortable with him and he did more than I expected to make sure I was satisfied. Cory was patient with all of my questions and took me on multiple test drives. He was never pushy, and he went out of his way to help me make the right decision on a car. When I had trouble with my free subscription of XM radio a month later, I went to see Cory and he personally fixed everything. I will ONLY go to champion for all of my car needs. And as long as Cory is around, he'll remain my go-to guy! im so glad to have met this team! More

Chevy Colorado I dealt with Cory Herrington for my vehicle purchase. He was honest and eager to help me find my ideal vehicle. I made my purchase on Friday October 14th but the truck wasn't going to be picked up until Monday the 17th. However, Cory fell sick on Sunday, and had to rely on another associate to have my vehicle prepped for delivery. I was less than satisfied with the detail job my truck received before delivery. Dead bugs and dirt that where on the truck when I test drove it were still on it when it was picked up for me. Plus, nobody put any gas in the vehicle for me as promised. I do not fault Cory, but whoever stood in his place for final delivery let me and Champion down. But, overall, my buying experience was great beyond this set back. More

Joe Purvis the GSM worked very closely with Cory and myself to negotiate a deal on the vehicle I was ordering. Joe and Cory stayed in close contact with me during the manufacturing stage. The original agreement was upheld all the way through the actual finance stage with another newbie, also not in your list of employees, Riley. Cory did a great job delivering the vehicle, taking great care to explain the particulars of the vehicles devices and equipment. Joe Purvis is a great man to represent your sales staff at Champion. Straight shooter!.................The only hiccup had nothing to do with the dealership. I was told the vehicle would be delivered in 8 weeks. It actually arrived 11 weeks and 2 days from order. As time was not important to me, it is a moot issue. More

I again spoke with Joe, he was wonderful to work with, he showed me the different models, and explained the differences between them. I then comparison shopped at a couple other dealerships, and the prices at Champion were better, and Joe was much easier to talk and deal with than anyone else. I just finished the paperwork on my new car, and I'm now waiting for it to come back from the carwash. I would definitely recommend Joe, and I will buy from him again. More

No pressure and pleasant employees I found the color combination in a jeep I wanted but it was more loaded than I wanted to purchase. I explained to Joe my issue and he and the staff worked with me on the numbers so that I drove the upgraded Jeep home. In my situation, we met in the middle which was a fair deal for both sides. Joe is a very pleasant man who was able to make my deal work out for me. All of the staff was friendly including the Finance guy Sean Douglass. No pressure to purchase extra items I didn't feel I needed. More

Dan was the person I met, Right of the bat I was a bother to him. Never made eye contact, he was wearing sunglasses. He was abrupt and rude. It toke a while to get checked in but there were many people standing around waiting for him so they could get started on my vehicle. The techs were great, did a good job. When done I stood at the counter waiting for Dan to get my ticket, I was ignored for 15 min. He stated on ticket I said engine light was on, but I never said that. He was bothered that I was paying cash due to he had to walk me to cashier. Never a word spoken, not thank you have a good day or been a screw you, but that's the one he was acting like. Thru rest of the shop people helped me with a smile . I will use them again but never with Dan!!!! More
