I do like your service, but this time not so much. Express lube should not take almost 3 hours. I know my truck might take longer but not that long. I recently brought my car in for a routine oil change and experienced the typical waiting time associated with this service. However, I am expressing my concern that the oil life indicator was not reset upon experienced the typical waiting time associated with this service. This is the second occasion this has occurred. I would not have been aware of this issue if I had not checked the oil life indicator before leaving the parking lot. More
