Staff are very friendly and polite. As for the service preformed, not so good . Took truck in for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation before a family trip to Disney. Before this, the truck ran very smoothly.After the work was done, truck had a violent shake from the front at a speed of 78 mph. Made the trip a bit frustrating . Once home, came back for a follow up appt to try and correct the problem. The tires were changed back to original position and I replaced my front brakes, as per what their inspection showed was needed. The truck now had the shake move from the front to the rear. When asked why…. They weren’t sure. I was told that once a rental car was available for me as a loaner the trucks tires would be checked for balance . I haven’t heard back . The staff are very kind and polite but I feel that the ones doing the work on the vehicles aren’t paying attention to detail or being proactive for the quality and comfort of the customer. More
