This was my first experience with the service department. I was impressed with the valet style check-in process. When service was complete, I received a text with amount due $0.00. I returned to check-in and told the gentleman I received a text my vehicle was finished. I was pointed in the direction of checkout. That was somewhat confusing as I expected a technician to explain the outcome of my reason for service but instead, I had to ask the lady at checkout. Hopefully my issue is resolved but department flow is well-oiled for the amount of service you all do.. Overall, I feel like I had a great experience. More
