In the last few months the improvements in this dealerships overall customer service and vehicle service has been improving every time I visit and I visit often. We have 5 HHR's and they are on the dealerships overall customer service and vehicle service has been improving every time I visit and I visit often. We have 5 HHR's and they are on the road every day. There is no waiting on an appointment for things like oil changes and tire rotations. They have dedicated some extra service people to handle these everyday needs. I'd also like to comment on the improvements in the customer waiting areas. Flat screen TV's, access to computers and phone, nice comfortable furniture and even a game room with some really sweet gaming equipment make your service wait go by very fast. Thanks for thinking of your customers and not just the bottom line! More
