I was told the entire roof was going to be repainted which only a portion was done. Purchased on a Saturday and was told a second key and fob would be made. Nine days later when I picked the truck up I which only a portion was done. Purchased on a Saturday and was told a second key and fob would be made. Nine days later when I picked the truck up I had to wait two hours for them to program a key which should have already been done. I live an hour away and was almost late to work that day. David was friendly but I was disappointed in one, the roof, and two, waiting two hours at the dealership. More

I brought my vehicle in because of a coolent and engine light. They said it would be two weeks before I could get an appointment. After they realized I was going to leave it on the car lot, they wrote the light. They said it would be two weeks before I could get an appointment.
