The tech was very knowledgeable and polite gave a time to expect work to be completed 👍 👌 which was completed in estimated time! I have been asking not to rotate the tires and you state the brakes are good but have not done a check or that would noted in the inspection report. I have also stated that the tires seem to grow sometimes the brakes are good but have not done a check or that would noted in the inspection report. I have also stated that the tires seem to grow sometimes and other times they shrink a lot. I would like to know how to force my tire tread to to grow so I don’t have to buy tires. This leads to my rating if the small things cannot be done or done right. Why should I trust that the service is being done right or that you aren’t just letting everything ride but the oil and filter. The only reason I continue to come is to keep my extended warranty in good standing. More

I have never had a bad experience with Champions service department. They always tell me up front what the problem could be and if it's different they give me a call to tell the details. department. Could improve on communication. Dropped vehicle off on Thurs. night for appt. at 10 on Friday - had to call to check on car (after 3 PM) to be told they hadn't gotten to it yet. The Dropped vehicle off on Thurs. night for appt. at 10 on Friday - had to call to check on car (after 3 PM) to be told they hadn't gotten to it yet. They did, however, get it in and fixed. Was able to pick the car up by close on Friday. I had to contact them - they stated they had many out - which I can appreciate knowing how things have been. Hope that will not be the case for them or us in the future. More

Took my truck in for a transmission leak. Very helpful in getting me scheduled for seals and gasket replacements. Brought truck back in and it took a few days to get them changed out which tu Very helpful in getting me scheduled for seals and gasket replacements. Brought truck back in and it took a few days to get them changed out which turned out to be longer than normal. Once I received the truck back I checked underneath and found that while they had the transmission out they dented, scratched and gouged the pan not to mention that fluids were spilled all over the frame and braces. Took the truck back as this is not a work truck or something that is driven off road. Service Dept Shannon looked at me like I was being ridiculous and said that I would need to speak to the Service Manager. Spoke to Service Manager and explained the same thing and he stated that it would not be a issue and they would replace it. They scheduled me again for the pan replacement and when I went in I got the cold shoulder and they were not as friendly as the other times I had service work done before. More
