Took my truck in for a rattle in the front left wheel, dropped the truck off, had it all day and they said they fixed it. It was a heat shield in the engine bay laying against an ac line. Not sure why they were looking in the engine bay when I said driver front wheel. Obviously it didn’t fix the problem but now I have to drop the truck back off, miss it for another day of work and get dropped back off to get my truck. Guys didn’t even try to find the problem, just looked for an easy excuse to get it off the rack and on to the next one! More
The service was very good - BUT, Champion (a GM dealership) charges 3% if you charge on your GM cc. Why would I pay $45 extra to earn 2% on the charge.
