Very professional approach, BUT friendly, available to answer questions, prompt and efficient. Kept my car overnight , completing the job upon parts arrival the following morning. Well most of the time they are decent. The last two services have been not so good. They’ve been fast but that’s probably part of the problem. They are pencil whipping the check off list. I went in for oil change and tire rotation I complained about my brakes usage being high and was told they would check it’s part of the check list. I had to request the list and when I got it it was in the green and said 11 mm in the front 9 mm on the back. I knew that was wrong because the % inside the truck was in the 30s and the back was 35%. I context my normal sevice advisor and he said he need to get those looked at and worked me in before I went back out of town. There was 3 mm left on the front and just a little more on the back. They appeared to have turned 3 rotors but not the 4th and it was the wavier one of them all. I appreciate Shannon for getting me in but the service tech should have caught this two weeks prior. Also I think brakes only come in 10mm thickness and he said they were 11. I think I’m goilnna start checking out other service centers if they can’t do better than this. More
