Great Service, In the Nick of Time I had a brake light malfunction as well as a "service traction" light stuck on ,with a snow storm expected the next day, on my "White" Malibu. I say I had a brake light malfunction as well as a "service traction" light stuck on ,with a snow storm expected the next day, on my "White" Malibu. I say "White" because without brake lights working, in a snow storm, could have been tragic. I called Champion Chevrolet in Brighton and they got me right in that day, provided shuttle service to and from my work which I so appreciated. Wasn't expecting that. Kevin was my service uptake person and was fantastic. He knew all the right questions to ask in order to get the problem fixed. All in all, my car was fixed that day and I am a happy camper. Thank you to Kevin S., who made it all happen and treat me with such great customer service and the Service Technicians who located the problem and fixed it. Then, through the Lincoln Tunnel and the candy cane forest, there was a blizzard on my way home yesterday and MY BRAKE LIGHTS WERE WORKING :) More
Phenomenal customer service My key fob wasn't working (oh no, right?) and Chuck did EVERYTHING he possibly could so that I didn't have to purchase a new one. At the end of the day I had to purchase a new fob, but they didn't charge me for re-programming it. I was helped by both Chuck and Tom - thanks to their positive attitudes and outstanding service, I will be back (if needed) and recommend them to others! More
Bad bad bad I will not be coming back here, and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know not to. Not only did they dick around with my car from 9am to 430, they also charged me $105 for doing absolutely nothing. I don't recommend coming here unless you fancy getting bent over and xxxxed in the xxx, your time wasted, and then charged for them to do nothing but waste your time. If I could give them no stars I would. xxxx champion Chevrolet. Told me they had no idea what was wrong with the car, and as I'm driving away im still experiencing the same issue. Now I'm taking my business elsewhere. More
