Buying a used car from them was like pulling teeth. First, I was told not to come and buy my car because they would be too busy to help me. Took days to get someone on the phone (Matt) to negotiate a p First, I was told not to come and buy my car because they would be too busy to help me. Took days to get someone on the phone (Matt) to negotiate a price before I drive an hour to come get it because the car had some issues. When I got there I found out what "too busy" really meant. The used car salesman, Bryan, was trying to run between me and another customer while about 10 new car salesman stood around. It took 4 hours to just sign and pay for my car. Bryan was very nice and I could tell he was stressing trying to help multiple people. But the rest of the dealership could care less about its customers. If you're going to buy a new car you might have a better experience. But don't buy used here. Hoping the warranty I purchased through them is honored. More
