Oil change price After getting my complementary oil changes with my new (last yer) vehicle, I was shocked about the price of the oil change and tire rotation ($77.50). Free Oil Change I bought a new silverado in September. Was told I get so many oil changes on the house. I travel all over the country. Got home at noon today drove up I bought a new silverado in September. Was told I get so many oil changes on the house. I travel all over the country. Got home at noon today drove up to Dealer for a oil change. Was asked if I had an appointment. Said no. He told me next appointment is at 2:00 then 3:00. I said it is 1:30 you can not get me in? Was told maybe 3:30 or 4:00 could work you in unless someone cancels. Said last time I came up was not a problem. Told today have to make an appointment or no oil change. Could careless for your service or way this was handled. I was not told need to make appointment for oils changes until today. Like is said last time walked right in. More

Could care less once you drive off the lot! We bought a certified preowned Acadia with 64k miles. After owning the car for 14 months it has been serviced 4 times at the dealership & 2 times out We bought a certified preowned Acadia with 64k miles. After owning the car for 14 months it has been serviced 4 times at the dealership & 2 times outside. Power steering problems, hatch lift issues, all brakes and rotors needed replaced after 4 months of owning car, all wheel bearings replaced one by one, abs & stabitrack lights are currently on and we were given an 1,100$ estimate to fix today. We talked to a sales manager today about our dissapointment on what their 172 point inspection must have missed when we bought the car. He could have cared less, even when we told him we were looking to get into something else at his dealership! Horrible customer service and lack of faith in their inspection process will force us to shop elsewhere! Steer clear! More
