I shopped many makes and models and really took my time to get the best value I could find, not just the cheapest car. I tried to handle my search and price negotiations on-line. Of all the dealerships I contacted in the greater Tri-cities, David was the most responsive. He quoted me a very competitive price on the car I was interested in, right off the bat. I didn't have to participate in the dreaded tug of war on price. When the car I was initially interested in sold, he found another that turned out to be a better deal. When I went to test drive it, he took the time to go over all the features and then left me alone. When I finally decided to purchase, I arrived to find the car cleaned, tagged and ready to roll. I appreciate his honesty and attitude. I would highly recommend David Palmer and Champion Chevrolet. More

Usually, salesmen look over us and pursue the men unknown to them that many woman control household finances these days and in our household I do. Bob treated me no different. He answered every question and if he didn't know it he looked it up in front of me. I was concerned over recalls and he quickly took care of that. Champion fixed the recalls and let us use a used truck until our truck was fixed. So all was well before we left the lot. I will never go anywhere else. Good experience in buying my 2015 truck from Keith Hensley Much knowledge of the product (truck). Helped me with many questions on both the truck, financing and trade in value for my old vehicle. The associates at Champion all work together to give a good experience to the buyer. This extends from the salesman, the financial wizard and all the people working there. They made me feel at ease - even the ones not selling the vehicle to me. Very nice in all aspects. Keith showed me all about the bells and whistles on my truck and how to use them. Told me if I had any questions not to hesitate to contact HIM. He gave me a follow up call the next week to see if everything was OK and if I needed any help with anything. They even gave me 2 hats...WHOOP!! Thanks to all the folks at Champion for a pleasant sales experience (if there is such a thing) this is the place to go. Haven't had any experience on the service side as of yet - but plan to when the time comes. More

When it was time to purchase a new car I never considered looking elsewhere. Tim answered all my questions and guided me through the purchasing process. Then Lynn Loyd of the finance department made all the paperwork absolutely painless. I can't say enough positive things about this group of folks. Each and every department from sales , service, cashiers , etc.. they are all great to deal with. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere- GO TO CHAMPION ! More
