I was blown away with how smooth, fast, and efficient my used truck transaction with Dustin Faucher (sales) and Jonathan Wilson (financing) went. I saw a great deal online at the Carfax website that I knew used truck transaction with Dustin Faucher (sales) and Jonathan Wilson (financing) went. I saw a great deal online at the Carfax website that I knew would go fast, and it checked all my checkboxes for what I was looking for. I wanted a vehicle to leave with my (adult) kids while I went out of town in a few days and was anxious to buy as the clock ticked away, so I called (which I never do, I'm more of an email person). Dustin answered the phone and was helpful and informative about the vehicle without being a stereotyped pushy salesperson. I met with Dustin at the dealership and was greeted politely and promptly. (And had the pleasure of seeing some fancy new Corvettes in the showroom. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, I wish had his name.) Dustin showed me the vehicle and pointed out some positives and negatives, then I was able to take the truck for a test drive. He was down to earth, it was just the facts, and it was real easy going. The truck was a perfect fit for our needs and an excellent value. I wasn't sure if I'd qualify for financing at ECU since I was planning to spend less and there was a dealer fee, but I thought this vehicle was a great deal and a perfect fit so I might as well try. The worst that could happen is I walk away and keep looking. (Life has taught me persistence gets you through, but you have to know when to walk away. Ask Kenny Rogers.) It was closing time, and Dustin and Jonathan coordinated the paperwork with ECU, managed no money down, decent financing, and temporary plates, and gave me the keys - all while being friendly and accommodating. It was amazingly smooth! I had no one to drive the truck home (didn't expect to get one!) so we picked it up the next day easy peasy and they even filled it with a full tank of gas! I'm a Chevy girl and walked away with a Honda truck, but when that day comes when I can afford a brand new Chevy Tahoe that I drooled over while I was there I'll be going to Champion Chevrolet! :) Dustin Faucher was fabulous and if you want a down to earth salesperson to help you through the purchase and make the deal as smooth as possible, Dustin is the one to ask for! Jonathan will whiz through the paperwork and voila! You'll have a new vehicle! Thank you Dustin, Jonathan, and Champion for making my life so easy and helping me to keep my kids safe and comfortable.
