I have been super disappointed in them. They broke my transmission and sold me a piece of junk. Kristen Martin was very responsive to what I was looking for and was not "pushy" about looking at vehicles or options that I really was not interested in. Kristen answered all of my questions and helped me to utilize features such as linking my phone with Bluetooth to the Trax infotainmment system. The financial people were very helpful and explored options that were economical for financing the purchase and got me the best rate possible. They were very patient and ex[plained things to me as much as I needed to feel comfortable. Champion Chevrolet in Johnson City has the personnel, inventory and atmosphere to truly be a superior option for car buying customers. More
