Champion is a very appropriate name for this establishment , because they serve as the axiom for what a buying experience should be like. I have sold cars in the past at an area dealership, and I will tell you that these are the finest professionals in this line of work! When you pull up on this lot, they don't jump at you like tigers on a gazelle. These are everyday, salt of the earth men with values and an impressive work ethic. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Tim, the owner, operator and employee for his staff. Many dealers put themselves on a pedestal, and hover down on others. Not the case with Mr. Tim. He is a real people's person,and like I say, salt of the earth. Bob Bays was my salesman. Bob is very warm and technically sound about his products! I didn't haggle one bit. If you are in the market and prepared to make a buying decision on a vehicle, you would waste your time shopping around, because he will put you on the money! Lynn Lloyd is a fine man, and I would have to say the best finance man in the business. He will show you his products, and educate you throughout the transaction. Dealing with these guys has been a truly seamless experience, and I wouldn't buy anywhere else. Make sure and check them out before buying anywhere else. They are Champion for a reason! More

Very good deal if you can catch them. Great sales staff as well. They are clear with any info on a used vehicle. But do not pay up front. Never detailed under the hood, under gas cap, in vents, storage areas or seat crevices. Did not shampoo seats or clean head liner. Since this vehicle had been used by the service department it had plenty of dirty surfaces that still needed cleaning once I took it home. More

After a ton of research my wife and I decided on Cadillac for our next Vehicle. My wife is a perfectionist and expects full attention when spending our hard earned money so the search was on for a dealership for our next Vehicle. After visiting many dealerships in the tri-city area we settled on Champion Cadillac. Upon choosing our vehicle of choice on the internet we were introduced to David Palmer. This was going to be an experience as my wife managed to develop a Migraine headache on the way to the dealership. David did not push but was there every step of the way to insure all of our questions were answered. He allowed us to drive several vehicles so we could make up our mind. David made the whole experience absolutely pleasurable. We left with exactly what we were looking for and at a better price then what we were hoping for. I have purchased 20+ brand new Vehicles in my time and have never had a better experience then the experience at Champion Chevrolet with David Palmer. A friendly "Hello" as soon as I got out of my car. I was directed to the person I asked for. Time was taken to find out what I was looking for. I drove the car I cose as my first choice. The s car. The salesman took extra time to explain in detail the workings of the car. He had me drive up a steep hill in the area as that was one of my concerns. I was given an excellent rebate and trade-in on my present car. I was given several choices as to the best way to pay for the car. They worked with my schedule as to when it was best to pick up the car. They took care of all the details of my loan, changing the license tag and changing my insurance. I brought the car back to Champion to get a few more questions answered and to set up my bluetooth. The salesman insisted that I come back and he would put my tags back on when the change is taken care of. Everything was explained in depth -- even to setting up my Sirius radio! Never has buying a new car been so easy! More

I called about a truck that I saw on the internet and spoke to Dave Palmer He made shure it was still available and asked when I would like test drive it. I told David it would be the next day before noon, but I was not able to be there until later that afternoon. I called and told Dave about my delay he was very pleasant and said that would be fine. My wife and I were greated with a smile and we drove the truck. After further inspection of the vehicle we sat down with Dave to see if we could work out a purchase. A short time later we were on our way home with the truck that we wanted. The next day I had a question about the taxes on the invoice so I called Lynn and he very pleasantly explained the taxes to me. My experience at Champion was a very pleasant one. My overall experience with Champion was excellent. I had checked their prices and inventory on the internet prior to visiting the dealer. I was greeted by Lloyd Fleenor as I arrived and we set out to look at their selection.Lloyd was very patient with me as we did not find the truck I was looking for. He suggested we walk around back to see if if their might be one back there. After circling the building we found the exact truck I was looking for, only problem was that it had already been sold. Instead of trying to push one of the other trucks they had on there lot on me, he set out to find me this truck at another dealer. He found one out of state and had it delivered to their dealer within 2 days! They gave me a very fair price on my trade in as they did on my new truck. I would highly recommend this dealer and Mr Fleenor to anyone looking to purchase a vehichle. More
