I was having an ongoing problem with my 2011 Chevy Silverado. The diagnostics could not find a problem even though the experience I had with the vehicle was real. The issues I was having eroded the trust I had in the vehicle so I decided to scan the lot for a new truck. On the lot I met the sales representative, Mr. Terry Barnett. Mr. Barnett was very friendly and helped me find the truck that would replace my 2011 model. I have purchased many cars and trucks over the years. Several were purchased in northern Virginia where I lived while working for the Department of Defense for 30+ years before I retired in 2011. The dealerships in the Washington D.C area claim they have been rated the best in the nation. I have to say that my experience with Champion was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car we had was hit by a "hit and run" driver and our personal insurance took care of the accident. Our car had too many miles on it and so the insurance company totaled it. We rented a C driver and our personal insurance took care of the accident. Our car had too many miles on it and so the insurance company totaled it. We rented a Chevy Impala while our car issue was being resolved. I went on line to check what the cost of an Impala might be. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase a new car. I told Mr. Palmer my situation and told him how much of a payment I could afford. Time was running out on the rental car so we decided to come by Champion to see what might be available in a pre-owned car. It was actually late in the afternoon but we were able to find a car and Mr. Palmer and Mr. Loyd was able to work out an arrangement for us and we were able to drive the car home that evening. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We had a very pleasant experience. More

But, if you like everything open, up front and low key you won't find anyone any better than David Palmer. Price in my case has been just as big a factor as service. My local dealer could not/would not come close to the deal I got at Champion. All of these positive reviews on Dealerrater are very believable if you've ever done business with Champion. I'm glad to say I have, and when I'm ready for another Chevy, Champion and David Palmer will be my first (and probably final) stop. More

Very pleased with the service I received. I didn't have to spend all day trying to get the best price. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
