During my experience looking for a vehicle I experienced bust and switch by ford of Elizabethon and Johnson City. I had set up appointments to view and test drive vehicles and found one had been sold 5 days bust and switch by ford of Elizabethon and Johnson City. I had set up appointments to view and test drive vehicles and found one had been sold 5 days prior at Elizabethton and at Ford Johnson City they couldn’t even locate the vehicle I set up to see. Of course they wanted to show me other ones at both. I simply drive across the street to Champion to view my last vehicle of the day. It was out front waiting, I test drive it alone so I could concentrate on the car and any noises or issues. As in no salesman turning on the radio or fan to hide possible issues. He was calm, cool, and collective. Not pushy. Told him I needed to think about it. Didn’t try to pressure in anyway which many dealers do. It was honestly the best car biting experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t consider any other dealer. Do yourself a favor and save your shopping time and stress and simply visit there first to see if there’s something that fits your needs. More
