Had our Buick Encore GX in for an oil/filter & tire rotation. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Service work was done in a timely manor. Can’t beat the price! Took my brand new and under warranty car in three times for check engine light .First time, they reset it and said no issues, 2nd time, said it was loose fuel filter. Which is comical. 3rd time, charged m for check engine light .First time, they reset it and said no issues, 2nd time, said it was loose fuel filter. Which is comical. 3rd time, charged me $400 to tell me I needed $16,000 of repairs. Claimed I had DEF in my fuel. New dealer fixed the issue free of charge. There was No DEF in the system. Do NOT use Champion service department. Incompetent mechanics and they can't do anything other than change your oil. More

She is a class act all the way, Ms. Melissa of Finance is truly invested in her customers and never let a question go without a truthful answer , a caring smile, and infectious sense of humor, Mr. Jay the Service Advisor goes above and beyond every single time. He doesn’t treat you like a number but more like a long time friend. He is always honest, never rushes you and always makes sure you are comfortable with the service you receive and how you receive it and Mr. Greg in Service, the best troubleshooting, hands on no non-sense service and repair specialist you can ask for. His knowledge, skill and ability when it comes to his chosen profession is rarely experienced anywhere else. He is absolutely the go to guy and obviously the brick and mortar that hold the foundation of this class act service department together. They all define the highest quality in hometown customer care & service. They lead by example and demonstrate the truest loyalty to their customers that you will absolutely not find in any other dealership. Myself and entire family go to Champion and have been loyal customers for years even when living out of state because of these exact same people. Don’t get me wrong we have dealt with other dealerships over the years and was an absolute mistake. We love our Champion “A” team. Thank you to the heroes of the Champion A" team. More

Took our 2014 in for service . First was injectors, lasted a week, light came on again, second was high pressure fuel pump, lasted 2 days, light on again, sounds like this is th First was injectors, lasted a week, light came on again, second was high pressure fuel pump, lasted 2 days, light on again, sounds like this is the evap system. Have not went back . Don't feel like everything is being checked. Also when it was in the second time , had a front end alignment, balance and rotate done. Was worse when I got it back. Took it to a highly reputable shop in Louisville ( Got tiered of the trip from Bullitt County ) . The shop it is at now says it needs control arm bushing and ball joints, so I dont know how it was aligned at Champion. I didnt even bother to call back. Just decided I was done ! Did not have a problem with the service writer Jay, he was understanding my frustrations. Also had an oil leak, was told the bottom section of the oil pan was distorted. Thats why it has a leak. No wrecks, not bottom out, just distorted. So warranty company would not repair. Ten bolts around it and its distorted, HMMM ! More
