Unfortunately i have had to visit this dealership quite often over the past 3 months. My truck is still under power train warranty and the service advisor didn’t even check to see if it was under warranty. often over the past 3 months. I was looking at a bill of $1300 dollars, i talked to the service mgr. and he said it was covered. How MANY times have customers been charged for parts and labor that was covered under warranty.
