Takes 1 week just to get an oil change and rotate/balance. Been hearing the same excuse for over a year now, not enough shop space. Day of service had to drop off and pickup later. Took 2020 Colorado I bought new in with transmission shudder, Champion flushed transmission fluid, truck was ready for pickup same day, time will tell if this GM remedy will fix issue, my truck has 15,0 shudder, Champion flushed transmission fluid, truck was ready for pickup same day, time will tell if this GM remedy will fix issue, my truck has 15,000 miles, it had same procedure 17 months ago with 13,000 miles on it which remedied issue temporarily, I recommend Champions service for expediency & friendliness.
