The service department is friendly and professional but after two years with the same defect issue that is unresolved it is hard to stay positive. I have yet to receive any positive solutions or assistanc after two years with the same defect issue that is unresolved it is hard to stay positive. I have yet to receive any positive solutions or assistance from GM as well. I have made over a dozen trips to the dealership and called GM numerous times. Apparently the standard line is the vehicle needs to be diagnosed before we can go to the next step. So for two years this has been the repetitive action plan. 1. Call GM for help, told to take take to dealership for diagnosis. 2. Take vehicle to dealership for diagnosis. Dealership orders parts and/or seeks guidance on repair issue. 3. Take vehicle back for repair. "REPAIR FAILS/IS UNSUCCESSFUL" 4. Repeat-Repeat-Repeat More

Awful service I had a 2014 corvette stingray and the motor was blown up in it, and it was under warranty and they said it would be covered. Little did I know the pe I had a 2014 corvette stingray and the motor was blown up in it, and it was under warranty and they said it would be covered. Little did I know the person before me had cut the catalytic converters off, so I then they told me it was not covered. When they told me it was not covered anymore they told me I needed to buy a whole new motor instead of Just having mine rebuilt like they suggested when it was going to be on their dime! Eveybody take your business elsewhere. More
