I was extremely surprised when I saw the sign announcing a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I asked when this started and I was told it was after the new owners took over. The service manager, Jeff, was way above average in his effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. I did have a concern when paying for the charges when the sales assistant described the reason for the high amount of the charges. She "explained" it by saying that the repair [of my differential] required "9 quarts of oil at $28 per quart" which amounted to the $280+ being charged. After I looked at it more closely, it was obvious that the bill was for 1 quart of oil and the rest was labor and miscellaneous items. More
