Pretty nice place. Very accommodating waiting room. But 2½ hours for a oil change and tire rotation seemed a bit of a stretch. I made my appointment at opening (8 o'clock) just so I could get in and out quickly and that just did not happen at all. You all fixed my warranty issue with the switch in a timely manner. They address what was wrong with my vehicle but they charge way too much for services to be done. I normally go to the chevy dealership in Bristol VA. They give me a discount. They don't here.
