Mark Martin was just super! Extremely friendly and customer-oriented: he went out of his way to make sure that I got a fair deal on the new truck and trade-in. I didn't feel pressured, and Mark listened to my needs and showed me several trucks that were good matches. He even arranged for the service department to move my truck bed cover from the old truck to the new.
