Excellent service as always with one exception I took my 2015 f-150 xlt in for a oil change on 12/13/17. I did not need to make an appointment and they had the service done in about 1.5 hrs. About one hour into the service the service rep showed me the old cabin filter which was very dirty and ask if I would like to have a new one installed. I said yes. When I went to pay the bill I found out the cost to have the new filter installed was $49.98. I thought this was a bit excessive. I should have asked what the cost would be to install the new filter. Had I known it would be $49.98 I doubt I would have ok’d it. But that was my mistake. I think I could have installed the filter myself for much less. More

The staff is pleasant and efficient and the waiting area is big, clean, comfortable, and well-lit. Free coffee is provided as is WiFi and there are also vending machines. I Guess Some People Rate BetterThan Others for Service I brought my van in to have the oil changed at 11am on Friday and spoke with Todd. He said no problem, we will have you taken care of around 45 minut I brought my van in to have the oil changed at 11am on Friday and spoke with Todd. He said no problem, we will have you taken care of around 45 minutes. Another gentleman walked up after me and wanted an oil change on his new Ford truck that was purchased from Ford City. After waiting 1 hr. I went up to see what was taking so long and they said it would be another 15-20 minutes. When I was at the desk asking the gentleman who came up after me earlier had his truck completely serviced and washed. So, evidently since I did not purchase my vehicle here I am not given the same treatment as someone who does. Finally got my truck after 1 1/2 hrs. and that wasn't even with a wash. There were hand prints on my arm rest from the service technician not having clean hands when he got in my van. More
