We needed to get a new vehicle since our truck that we loved was 16 years old. We stopped in at Champaign Ford a couple months ago and met Noble Griffin. We drove a couple of vehicles and settled on the Ford Bronco Sport Outerbanks. We had such an amazingly easy time with the team there. No pressures...lots of laughter. It was really nice and they gave us an incredible trade-in amount for the truck. Couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them....especially Noble. I can't say enough good things about this dealer! I took my older Mustang in for service, they installed some accessories for me and performed an oil change as well. The heated seat on driver’s stopped working so I took my car to Ford for repair. I paid $380. and the next day I discovered the heated set wasn’t fixed. Now I am told that the seat cushion needs to be repl car to Ford for repair. I paid $380. and the next day I discovered the heated set wasn’t fixed. Now I am told that the seat cushion needs to be replaced and this includes labor and the cost of the material. I think this happened because the technician did not test the circuits while sitting on the seat. So, I plan to have further discussions about the total cost for further work before proceeding. How much money should I spend before knowing whether and when the heated seat will be fixed. I never have experienced a problem like this. This seems like I am a guaranteed loser this time. So, I can’t give a favorable rating at this time. More
