The heated seat on driver’s stopped working so I took my car to Ford for repair. I paid $380. and the next day I discovered the heated set wasn’t fixed. Now I am told that the seat cushion needs to be repl car to Ford for repair. I paid $380. and the next day I discovered the heated set wasn’t fixed. Now I am told that the seat cushion needs to be replaced and this includes labor and the cost of the material. I think this happened because the technician did not test the circuits while sitting on the seat. So, I plan to have further discussions about the total cost for further work before proceeding. How much money should I spend before knowing whether and when the heated seat will be fixed. I never have experienced a problem like this. This seems like I am a guaranteed loser this time. So, I can’t give a favorable rating at this time. More
