Experience amazing! I had a car that nobody could fix I bought it in April from a dealer in another town and had it in the shop the next day after I bought it I consisten I had a car that nobody could fix I bought it in April from a dealer in another town and had it in the shop the next day after I bought it I consistently had it in and nobody knew what the problem was I took it to Champaign who diagnosed it immediately they were efficient kind kept me updated and fixed my car!!! After four car payments and not driving it I finally can drive my car thank you guys so much I'm so grateful!! I highly recommend the service department here thank you guys so much More
Don't Take your Vehicle Here For Service Work! I'd rate a ZERO if I could! I purchased a “brand-new” vehicle from Champaign Dodge about 4 years ago. At the time of purchase I had a good experience I'd rate a ZERO if I could! I purchased a “brand-new” vehicle from Champaign Dodge about 4 years ago. At the time of purchase I had a good experience with the place. However, I just recently I took this vehicle to their service center for some routine work and for few other problems that had developed during my ownership. The service representative initially seemed as though they would address these issues promptly. However, three days later they came forward to me and stated that they had to wait on parts. To make this story short… my vehicle has been with them for close to 3 weeks now! And now they continue to keep dragging me on day-after-day telling me that it should be done the next day… but never is… My first suggestion to the place is to be up-front and honest with their customers about how long they should expect the work to take on their vehicle. Quit lying and dragging your customers on! I waited 2 weeks for Chrysler to ship struts for my car. I would completely understand this sort of delay if they were shipping a new engine or something, but for Struts???? Really???? My other suggestion to customers who are looking at new vehicles here is to not purchase any sort of extended warranty for your car. When you take your car in for maintenance you thought was covered you’ll get the run-around on that too. They will find some way to nickel & dime you! I would strongly encourage anyone to “not” bring his or her vehicle to Champaign Dodge for service unless you want to be unreasonably dealt with! They have done nothing for me to keep any sort of customer loyalty. I certainty will be avoiding this place after my experiences here! More
Service Department is a JOKE!!! Communication is horrible. Do not expect your vehicle to be fixed in a timely manner. Definitely don't expect a loaner vehicle either. The parts should have been here, the parts arrived late can't get until mid afternoon Wed. They NEVER - NEVER - called me. I had to call them. It has taken 2 plus weeks to replace 4 struts. An operation apparently beyond their competence. Pointless idiots. All of them. More

It was 85 degrees outside and i turned my AC after 20-30 minutes I was wondering why no cool air coming out the mere fact its brand new and its only 4 It was 85 degrees outside and i turned my AC after 20-30 minutes I was wondering why no cool air coming out the mere fact its brand new and its only 4 months since I've got the car. the first time i noticed it i ignored it so i just open my window everytime. but then as the weather gets warmer whenever i turned to my AC wont blow any cool air so basically its not working. then one day my aunt and i went out of town and take the highway so she turned the AC and we dont want to open the window because its so noisy but she was wondering too why the freaking AC is not working no cool air coming out from the vent and whe we push the AC to max it does the other way it blows warm air which it shouldnt be. so i decided to make an appointment to get it check and find out that the system is empty so I asked the guy why its empty the mere fact its brand new and he said that the guy whoever check didnt fill up the system. Its crazy I was so upset after finding this out! So basically they didnt check it out i guess before they release the car! im thinking to file a complaint about this to State Attorney General because a friend just mentioned about it after i share this experience I had. More
Service Wait Times Ridiculous So a week ago my Jeep was making a horrible clanking noise. Turns out it was the cooling fan and it was going to take a week to get the part in. When it came in on Friday I now have to wait another week just to get it fixed. As the temperature is rising so is the heat on my Jeep, it is now hitting 207 to 210 temperature ranges and I fear it will over heat. I need something to drive and so I have no choice but to continue to operate it. No ones offered me a loaner even though they should have gotten me one and I find it hard to believe I can never get service for a major issue like this. It's twice now I've had to wait over a week to get in for a issue that could potentially cause harm to my vehicle. On top of that they don't don't check fluid levels because my coolant has been below the min line for over six months and it's getting lower and they never top it off even when I have it in the shop. And I have to buy Mopar coolant because I've read horror stories about voiding warranties otherwise. Overall I can't speak very highly of the service I get. The staff is usually very friendly don't get me wrong it's just the time and hassle is not good. I should not have to feel like my car is going to overheat every time I get in it. It's not a good feeling to have and of they cared at all to keep my business they'd find a way to get me in. I'm pretty sure an overheating car is a major issue. More

Great service! GREAT service. I initially went in for a service on my 2008 Jeep Patriot, but that turned out to be a lost cause..so I was offered a trade. I GREAT service. I initially went in for a service on my 2008 Jeep Patriot, but that turned out to be a lost cause..so I was offered a trade. I worked with Jake, and he is fantastic. He has a very laid back, friendly demeanor, and he never tried to be pushy on selling me anything. I told him what I could potentially be looking for, and what I could afford...and then he magically read my mind and pulled up my dream jeep outside of the sales floor. Jake worked well with my budget and made my experience a very pleasant one, overall. I really appreciated him taking the time to go over all of my options with me. He listened to what I had to say, what my questions and concerns were, and addressed them directly. I ended up purchasing my 2014 Jeep Compass, and I could not be happier with it. Great customer experience! I would highly recommend this dealership, and highly recommend working with Jake. More
Outstanding Service, Very Friendly, Outstanding Experience I did not buy my van from this dealer because I live 2.5 hours away. I was in Champaign on a Saturday visiting my daughter for Dads Weekend at the Un I did not buy my van from this dealer because I live 2.5 hours away. I was in Champaign on a Saturday visiting my daughter for Dads Weekend at the Univ. of Illinois. My key FOB did not function after the football game. I called this dealership and they did their best to help me over the phone. This did not work so my daughter was able to borrow a car so we could visit the dealership around 4 PM. The parts department was closed so a salesman (Jake Hendershot) offered to help me. Jack went into the parts department and found a battery for my Key FOB. He then took apart the Key FOB and inserted the battery and then he tested the battery. Everything was thumbs up. When I went back to my van the key FOB still did not work. I called the dealership and they recommended a lock smith and they provided me their contact information. I called the locksmith and they arrived at my van within 15 minutes. They were able to open the van and I was able to drive the van. Even though I did not buy my van from Jack Hendershot he gave me the Gold Star Outstanding Service. I have 2 daughters that live in Champaign so I know my next 2 cars will be purchased from Jake Hendershot. The General Manager was also very helpful. My thanks go to Jake Hendershot and the GM, Dale Hendershot. More
