Terrible communication/service I found several vehicles listed by Champaign Chysler Dodge Jeep Ram online and inquired about them via email. I never received a reply to one of the emails, and two canned or automated emails for one of the others. Interestingly, one was from Steve Nelson and another Jake Hendershot. Both identifying themselves as the Internet Sales Director, and both saying that Emily would contact me shortly. Emily did email me, asking if the address I gave was a good one (YES). She then asked about a phone number, I explained that email was the best method of communication, and that was the last I heard of Emily. I followed up, several days later, asking if someone was going to get back with me... CRICKETS. Two of the vehicles I was interested have sold (no surprise since it's been almost 2 weeks, so I called the dealership yesterday and spoke with a sales person, Eric. I told him that I was interested in getting more information on two vehicles on their website (neither have photos), gave him the stock numbers for both, and told him some of my questions. He took my phone number and said that he would look into both vehicles and get back with me in a little while. - Well... You guessed it... CRICKETS. This dealership seems to have no interest in assisting customers unless they are in their dealership. - News flash for this, and many other dealerships. The INTERNET is a KEY tool in sales and customer service. The vast majority of people today do their research and "shopping" online before ever calling or setting foot in the dealership (and many other stores) and expect the dealership to communication clearly and effectively. If they don't, they won't come in, and they will quickly leave feedback (usually negative) on the multitude of social media and customer review/rating sites (like this one). If a customer walks in the door and asks for help, and you ignore them or give them the run around, they will walk out the door. - Internet and phone customers will do the same thing. More

Very helpful Bought a 2013 Ford Escape and after closing the deal, was given (1) key. After asking about a second key, I was told that that was all that was turned Bought a 2013 Ford Escape and after closing the deal, was given (1) key. After asking about a second key, I was told that that was all that was turned in, but they could contact the person who traded the car in for the 2nd key. I wasn't too worried about it until I went to the locksmith and found out that this kind of key could NOT be made by them and would have to be ordered from Ford at a cost of around $350 to $400. I went back and talked to Marlin at the dealership and he assured me he would get the key from the previous owner. I had my doubts and was preparing to be disappointed. But 2 and 1/2 weeks later, I got the call that my key was there. I was really thankful for them following up and making sure I didn't have to endure the additional cost. Marlin truly went the extra mile and earned the spot of me considering him "my car guy". I WILL buy from them again. Thanks More
