There was no pressure to buy, however, he gave us all of the Jeep's features as we test drove the truck and even shared some fun personal stories that we all could relate to. As we discussed the cost of the vehicle, he was laid back (just like my husband). He listened, understood and worked with us...very relatable. We were in and out from start to finish in less than 3 hours, so unlike our last experience at another dealership. Then even though I waited until the last day of Ram's interest rate incentive to make my decision, David and Eric performed an exhaustive search to find and secure the vehicle I wanted. I would recommend the dealership however I'm still up in the air on my verdict of their service support after owning the vehicle. Just fair warning to any one that buys here. I had a problem with the Jeep and the service department was a little lacking I listening to my concerns. But I will write a follow up after dealing with them more on this issue. More
