Probably the easiest auto purchase I've ever made. Highly recommend! I live an hour and a half away so it was very important for me to only make one trip to the dealership, other dealerships told me it was impossible but Champagne made it seem easy!! Fernando was extremely responsive through the whole process, he answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. I never once felt rushed or brushed aside. I did not catch the owners name but I met him the day I picked up the truck and he seemed great as well. The finance manager was very easy to work with as well and took the time to layout all of my options and explain everything very clearly. A+ service all around, will definitely consider making the hour and a half trip again to purchase our next vehicle! More

What impressed Me most is I didn't have to chase or follow up with them. The welcoming vibe the dealership projects, with an extremely clean selection and NO games is rare in the auto sales industry. I just purchased an awesome mini cooper a week ago which was delivered today! The drivers was so so nice and the car was spotless and just as advertised. Would recommend them for your next purchase, Fernando was amazing,above and beyond service. My Infiniti was painted, detailed,and got new tires with my purchase. Working with Joe Casoni and Ken Champagne was the best experience that my wife and I have ever had purchasing a used car. I called to inquire about a 2014 Infinity Q60 that we were interested in and spoke experience that my wife and I have ever had purchasing a used car. I called to inquire about a 2014 Infinity Q60 that we were interested in and spoke to Joe. I asked Joe for the out the door price of the car because we did not want to drive 45 minutes to get a different price when we arrived. The price included all taxes and fees and was the same price Joe gave me over the phone. There were no hidden costs. We test drove the car and then went over everything that we thought needed to be fixed or touched up including replacing the tires. They fixed everything they said they would and installed new tires. When the car was ready they delivered it to my house and we were able to drive it for a few days to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We drove back to see Joe to complete the deal. As we were driving we then noticed that there was an issue with the windshield. We told Joe about the issue and they sent a windshield service to my house to replace the windshield. I would recommend Champagne MotorCar Co. to anyone who is shopping for a car. Thank you Joe and Ken for your outstanding customer service!! Frank Savino More
